Terms of Service

Hello everyone! I hope that by requesting a commission that you look over my terms of service and try to follow the rules to avoid misunderstandings and uncomfortable situations during this process. If you have any questions, feel free to send me a DM through this page or send me an email!

Payment

• I will start working on a commission after a full payment has been received.
• I currently accept payment via PayPal.
• I will send a receipt after receiving payment.

Deadlines

• I do not accept deadlines on any commission, because arty is not my full time job, and I therefore cannot guarantee that I will have enough time to work on it by the time you desire.
• For commissions, please expect a wait time of up to six months. Due to my job, I am unable to schedule my drawing times consistently.
• If the wait time exceeds six months, I will provide a refund from half to full price depending on the amount of time exceeded.

Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds and cancellations are available prior to rendering.
• If the wait time for a commission is longer than six months, I will offer a partial to full refund.
• If you need a refund for any other reason, please send me a DM or email and we can discuss it.

Work in Progress (WIP)

• I will always provide a WIP sketch early on in the project.
• If you would like another WIP, please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate.

Dos and Don'ts

• Please communicate with me! I love receiving a lot of references and details of what you're looking for. Better to have too much than too little! It also helps me to provide you with my absolute best artwork if I have more information to go on!

• If you want me to draw an OC, please provide details of their personality and background so I can express it in the art piece.

• All of my artwork will be dates and signed. If you are requesting digital art, it will also contain my watermark. The watermark will not impede the view of the artwork, it will simply act as another signature.

• If you post the commission anywhere, please link or tag back to my page or wherever you found my other art!

• You are not allowed to use the commission in any commercial way, such as selling prints, printing it in an art book, using it in a game, or anything for monetary gain or profit. You can print for yourself of course, but you may not resell the artwork.

Artists Rights

• I have to right to refuse and cancel any commissions, without providing reason. Don't worry, it doesn't happen often!

• I am comfortable with drawing most things, however I will not draw anything having to do with political subjects, gore, vore, etc.

• If you are unsure about an idea or design, just ask, I don't bite!

• I am allowed to use the finished artwork in my portfolio and upload it to my own page.
